​​Maddy has seven years of professional vegetable growing experience, and a few more years of experimentation for fun and some good food. She’s worked as crew member, crew leader, and head grower for operations serving as few as 25 people and as many as 400. In addition to growing vegetables, Maddy is a lover of many hobbies, the color purple, taco Tuesdays, and almond croissants.
